I started practicing sports from the age of 7, I started with basketball in the Tram Club from the mini basket to the first team, then the Olympic Club and then Smouha Youth Center. During my basketball practice, I have taken to other sports such as kung fu, boxing, and kickboxing. And I played in the school national basketball team.
From the intensity of my love for basketball, I changed my educational career from a student in the College of Fine Arts to a student in the College of Physical Education to study basketball and played for the universities national basketball team, and after graduation I went to graduate studies to study injuries in the health sciences department and my thesis was directed at injuries in basketball until I got Master’s degree in 2020 with the title “Rate and type of injuries among players of various levels in basketball during some technical performance”. She was treated as a basketball coach at Sporting Club after graduation, followed by an assistant coach for the basketball team of the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, and a general fitness trainer, and basketball in particular.
I left practicing basketball due to work conditions and went to exercise and work with fitness and obtain its certificates such as ISSA certified fitness trainer, then worked as a fitness trainer in some health clubs and worked as a suppervisor healthy club and personal training in Sheraton Soma Bay Hurghada.
I went to practice crossfit in 2019 at the hit fitness center and worked hard to learn most of her movement despite its difficulty because it has a lot of movements together and demands speed with strength, and my practice of many sports helped me develop in cross fit quickly. I participated in a few cross-fit competitions, but every time I participated in it, I learned new needs and knew more about me.
Currently, I am a fitness trainer in Canopus Fouad Street in Alexandria, and a freelancer in the hit fitness center in Kafr Abdo and a special trainer for rehabilitation from stadium injuries.
